How does TrustBuyr determine the offer price?
Each account is assessed individually. We factor in the platform, account age, verification level, usage history, country of registration, and current market conditions. The offer is private and tailored to your specific account — we do not use a fixed public price sheet.
Do I need to provide account access before receiving an offer?
No. The initial submission asks only for general information — the platform, age, notable metrics, and any relevant background. Account access is requested only after you agree to the offer and we proceed to verification.
How long does verification take?
Usually 48 hours or less. Our team signs in, confirms the account details match your submission (age, verification level, features, current status), and flags any undisclosed issues. Once confirmed, the payout is applied to your balance right away.
What happens if the account doesn’t match what I described?
We will identify the discrepancy and either present an adjusted offer or decline. No payment is issued until verification passes. If we adjust the offer, you can accept or decline — no penalty either way.
What if my account isn’t accepted?
We will explain the reason. The most frequent causes are accounts younger than 30 days or undisclosed suspensions. You are welcome to submit a different account at any time — there is no fee and no obligation.
How is the payout sent?

Do I need to talk to buyers after selling?
No. Once verification and payout are complete, ownership passes to TrustBuyr. We handle all buyer communications, support requests, disputes, and guarantee claims going forward. Sellers have zero post-sale responsibilities.
What if the buyer later claims the account has issues?
That is handled entirely by our team. We cover all guarantee claims from our inventory. The sole exception: if you knowingly misrepresented the account at submission (for example, stating it was clean when it carried an active suspension), the sale may be voided.
